Susan Ross Counselling
As an integrative therapist, I draw on major therapeutic approaches such as psychodynamic, humanistic and cognitive behavioural therapies, to work with you according to your individual needs. You may be looking for motivation to change or to create calm and space in your mind, so as to find more balance and pleasure in your life. Life changes such as redundancy, bereavement, illness can also be a trigger for seeking out counselling.
During the initial session we explore your reasons for seeking counselling, what you would like to gain from the counselling sessions and how we can work together. I work on both a short term and open ended basis. After an initial session I can offer Skype counselling if appropriate.
